Shipping & Returns

Return Policy – Please contact us at support@outstandards.com to process your return. Please include the name and order number in the email. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge equal to the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed a 10% processing fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges. This policy applies for domestic orders only.

 

We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships.  However, please see the Warranty for your product, which covers manufacturer defects up to 1 year.

Orders shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for return.  Orders sold outside of the United States by registered partners of Outstandards must be returned to that registered partner for processing.

 

Outstandards policy is to issue a refund to eligible returns within two weeks after we receive the returned product.

Built to Last: The T-48 Crate is the Ultimate Gear Hauler

I’ve been using the T-48 Crate from Outstandards for a while now, and I’ve gotta say, this thing is an absolute beast. As a UET instructor at Camp Pendleton, my gear takes a pounding, and the T-48 handles it like a champ. Whether it’s hauling heavy equipment for training or loading up for the gym, this crate doesn’t flinch. It’s rated to carry over 400 lbs and can even handle a ton on top of it, so yeah, you’re not going to break this thing anytime soon.

The collapsible design is a game changer too—makes it easy to stash away when not in use, and I love the side-access window for grabbing gear without having to unstack everything. It’s not just tough, it’s damn convenient. I’ve abused this thing day in and day out, and it still looks and works like new. If you’re in the market for rugged, versatile storage that can take a beating, the T-48 is hands down the way to go

Cool crate

This thing is super cool. Love the front door and that it comes with a lid. Speaking of the lid, there is no way this thing supports the weight limit in the description. I wouldn't recommend a 150lb person stand on it. Otherwise, I am very happy with it

Not dust proof.

I like the overall design of the crate. I used it as my grub box. I live in Southern
California and I explore the high desert, Death Valley so I encounter a lot of dust. Hense my issue of the dust collecting on the food. the other thing it would be nice to incorporate a couple of finger holds to assist in pulling the table top from the lid. Otherwise, I like your product and plan on buying a couple more.
