Q: What are Outstandards Transformer Crates?

A: Outstandards Transformer Crates are rugged, collapsible, stackable storage crates built for garages, trucks, workshops, jobsites, camping, hunting and everyday organization. They set up quickly when needed and collapse flat to save space when empty.

Q: Which crate sizes do you offer?

A: We offer the 48-liter T-48 and the 90-liter T-90. Exact dimensions, weights and tested-load information are listed on each product page.

Q: Do the T-48 and T-90 connect or nest together?

A: No. The T-48 and T-90 have different footprints and are not designed to connect or nest with each other.

Q: Do the crates nest together for storage?

A: Crates of the same size nest together when collapsed: T-48 with T-48 and T-90 with T-90.

Q: How high can I stack the crates?

A: We have stacked them seven high in real-world use. Practical stacking height depends on the surface, load distribution and the chance of the stack being bumped. Use a level surface, keep heavier items lower and use good judgment.

Q: Can I access a crate while it is stacked?

A: Yes. The side-access door lets you reach stored gear without unloading the crates above it.

Q: Are the crates tested for hot and cold conditions?

A: The crate material was manufacturer-tested from -4°F to 176°F, with no cracking, warping or other abnormality observed. This was an internal manufacturer material test, not an independent certification. Prolonged direct sunlight may cause gradual color fading.

Q: Are the crates waterproof?

A: No. Transformer Crates are durable and weather-resistant, but they are not sealed dry boxes. Protect water-sensitive contents appropriately.

• Transformer Crates and crate accessories: 90 days from the original purchase date.
• EDC MAG power banks: one year from the original purchase date.

Q: How do I file a warranty claim?

A: Email support@outstandards.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and affected area.

Q: Can I carry it onto an airplane?

A: The EDC MAG is rated at 76 Wh, below the TSA's general 100 Wh threshold for carry-on portable chargers. Lithium-ion power banks must be packed in carry-on baggage, not checked baggage. The final decision always rests with the TSA officer or applicable security authority.

Q: How can I help distinguish it from a real magazine?

A: Keep the included blue silicone base cover installed during travel. In its original, unmodified condition, the EDC MAG does not lock into an AR-15 rifle.

Q: How many times will it charge my phone?

A: Results vary by phone, battery size, device condition, temperature, cable and other factors. Under typical conditions, a fully charged EDC MAG can provide multiple phone charges.
