Return Policy
Return Policy – Please contact us at support@outstandards.com to process your return. Please include the name and order number in the email. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge equal to the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed a 10% processing fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges. This policy applies for domestic orders only.
We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships. However, please see the Warranty for your product, which covers manufacturer defects up to 1 year.

Orders shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for return. Orders sold outside of the United States by registered partners of Outstandards must be returned to that registered partner for processing.
Outstandards policy is to issue a refund to eligible returns within two weeks after we receive the returned product.
